Cadet Wellmeier a member of the Stebbins High School Air Force Junior ROTC program was one of only 230 AFJROTC cadets selected nationwide to receive an Air Force Chief of Staff Flight Academy Scholarship. She is attending an accredited aviation university this summer and the scholarship covers the entire cost of her ground and flight school which will result in her earning her private pilot.
